Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA) highly desirable.
5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the construction, engineering, or real estate industries.
Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for large-scale projects.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, with a focus on process improvement.
Knowledge of construction contracts (NEC, JCT) and project finance is an advantage.
