Requirements for the role: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Previous internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred. Ability to assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and analysis, including variance analysis and financial projections. Strong analytical skills, with the capability to work with large datasets and perform complex numerical calculations. Good organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working with finance teams and explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling tools. Eagerness to learn about financial strategy, market trends, and the operational impacts on finances. Creativity and innovation in developing financial solutions to business challenges.
