As part of their continued expansion and growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced and highly motivated FPA professional with a strong focus on MA to join their finance team. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in FPA, corporate finance, investment banking, or MA-related roles.
• Strong experience in MA financial modeling and valuation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis; experience with financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus.

• Lead the financial analysis for potential MA opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and assessing synergies and risks.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models to evaluate strategic options and assess their impact on the companys financial position.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership regarding MA activity and corporate finance decisions.
• Integrate MA transactions into financial forecasts and budgets, ensure alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.
• Monitor market conditions and trends to assess the potential impact on MA strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
• Work closely with senior executives, legal teams, investment bankers, and external advisors to support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Assist with the financial aspects of post-transaction integration and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
