Description:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing investment group. As part of their continued expansion and growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced and highly motivated FPA professional with a strong focus on MA to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about strategic financial analysis, and deal execution to contribute to key corporate decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in FPA, corporate finance, investment banking, or MA-related roles.
- Strong experience in MA financial modeling and valuation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis; experience with financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial analysis for potential MA opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and assessing synergies and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models to evaluate strategic options and assess their impact on the companys financial position.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership regarding MA activity and corporate finance decisions.
- Integrate MA transactions into financial forecasts and budgets, ensure alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.
- Monitor market conditions and trends to assess the potential impact on MA strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
- Work closely with senior executives, legal teams, investment bankers, and external advisors to support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Assist with the financial aspects of post-transaction integration and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
