FP&A Manager Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (On-site) Industry: Real Estate and Property Development About the Role A well-established group engaged in real estate development, property management, and investments is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to provide direct strategic support to the President and COO. This pivotal role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with top leadership to influence key business and investment decisions. You’ll lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance processes across multiple business units — helping drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation for the group. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across consolidated and entity-level P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Collaborate directly with the President and COO to provide strategic financial insights that guide operational and investment decisions. Coordinate monthly with department heads to update rolling forecasts, ensuring financial plans stay aligned with business realities. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to executive management. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis. Conduct variance and trend analyses to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Work with IT and BI teams to develop automated dashboards and reports that enhance financial visibility for executives. 3. Investment Analysis and Strategy Evaluate potential investment and development opportunities through in-depth financial modeling and ROI assessment. Partner with the President, COO, and project teams to ensure financial discipline in acquisitions, developments, and capital expenditures. Support strategic initiatives that drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. 4. Due Diligence and Executive Collaboration Lead or assist in due diligence for lenders, financial institutions, and prospective investors. Provide the President and COO with timely, data-driven recommendations for decision-making. Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with financial objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or certification (CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with exposure to consolidated reporting. Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools or ERP systems is an advantage. Background in real estate or property development highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage at executive level. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
