What You’ll Do: Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with actionable insights Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for growth opportunities Manage, mentor, and develop a team of [#] analysts (if applicable) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus) 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (experience with [insert tool, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights, is a plus]) Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making At least 2 years leading a team Why Join Us Medical, dental, vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and additional voluntary plans. 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match.
