    The Opportunity
    We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Performance Management Reporting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support decision-making across the Group. You’ll play a key role in evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive success.

Your new role

  • Lead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
  • Partner with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with Group Performance Objectives
  • Analyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic insights for inform decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with Group Senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with the business needs
  • Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to drive operational efficiencies
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to analyst, supporting their professional growth and career development

About you

  • Experienced in Financial Services or Corporate Finance, ideally within the insurance sector
  • Analytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problems
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technically proficient in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysis
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights
