This position involves extensive cross-functional engagement to optimize asset efficiency and provide accurate forecasts across all departments and regions. Leveraging advanced financial modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. They possess a strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTION Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to identify specific financial analysis needs Develop tailored financial analysis strategies to meet departmental requirements effectively Lead the development, coordination, and reporting of departmental budgets and forecasts Ensure financial planning aligns with departmental goals and company objectives Take charge of financial aspects in special projects, identifying key drivers and conducting comprehensive analyses Present well-founded conclusions and recommendations for effective decision-making Execute monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and actionable insights Analyze product margins, performance, and market segments for data-driven recommendations Ensure compliance with budgetary reporting requirements at all levels Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory obligations Adhere to GAAP and IFRS standards rigorously Follow internal control and accounting policies for seamless transactions Exemplify a professional demeanor in line with the company's culture and values Uphold the highest standards of conduct and ethics Manage confidential information discreetly, safeguarding sensitive data with integrity EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field of study preferred 1-2 years experience in Financial reporting, Budgeting, or data analysis preferred Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert knowledge of Excel, Proficiency with Dynamics 365 is preferred Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing deadlines and work routines Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal conduct Creative problem-solving skills with a degree of flexibility and autonomy Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and components, up to 25 pounds Operate basic office equipment, such as a keyboard, mouse, copier/printer/scanner Sit and/or stand for long periods of time, up to 8-10 hours a day Walk/travel to production areas while wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), which at a minimum includes safety glasses, steel toe shoes/boots and a hardhat SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES All employees have a responsibility to do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves, their fellow employees and others that may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
