Hill International in Athens is seeking to hire: FP&A Analyst Reports : Director of International Financial Planning and Analysis Location: Chalandri office, Athens Type of Employment: Full-time (on-site) We are seeking a Finance Analyst who will report directly to the Director of FP&A and support financial decision-making through in-depth analysis of historical data, forecasts, and key projects. This role will collaborate closely with accounting teams across different countries to ensure accurate financial reporting and mitigate project risks. The analyst will create insightful presentations, identify variances from forecasts and budgets, and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or economics, at least 3 years of experience in finance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a multinational environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
