Job Description: Process Specialist – FP&APosition Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Specialist – FP&A to support our financial planning and analysis operations. This role involves preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans while delivering actionable insights on financial performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong finance and accounting knowledge with advanced analytical skills and a process improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
· Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
· Support cash flow modeling, P&L analysis, and cost tracking.
· Contribute to end-to-end finance transformation projects.
· Act as a knowledge manager for documentation, updating, and version control.
· Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to SLAs.
· Conduct financial analysis, including cost control, target setting, pricing/margin analysis, and scenario planning.
· Perform forward-looking and ad-hoc analysis to support project and strategy evaluation (benchmarking, scenario analysis, etc.).
· Provide financial guidance and support target-setting processes.
· Collaborate across teams to drive business performance improvements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Post Graduate/MBA (Finance) preferred.
· Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred.
· 2–4 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in FP&A or related roles.
· Strong domain knowledge in finance & accounting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) desirable.

· Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Team-oriented with adaptability and time management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
