QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Experience - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Analytical Skills - Strong ability to analyse data using Microsoft Office, Excel, ERPs & Power BI is desirable.
· Technical Aptitude - Part qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant with a drive to improve their technical knowledge (Study support available)
· Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
· Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
· Attention to detail - High level of accuracy and can identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and proactively work to resolve them.
· Initiative - Has a proactive mindset and is always looking to improve process. Takes ownership and can work independently.
· Teamwork - Can take a collaborative approach and contribute positively to the Commercial Finance Team offering feedback and supporting peers.

Responsibilities

Directly reporting the Head of FP&A, the Assistant FP&A will support in delivering key financial insights and commercial analysis to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
This role will assist and support business unit leaders and senior managers across all divisions, departments and functions through management and delivery of financial reporting and analysis.
This role is a key member of the TBW Finance team and supports multiple functional areas.
