Job Description Team presentation and main goal: Performance team main responsibilities: Monitoring financial performance and also all critical KPI’s Budget and Business Reviews coordination and customers/business units follow-up Reporting Support and follow-up near business managers and direction Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring near customers Ad hoc analysis and presentations to specific topics or projects Answer Audit and Compliance requests Audit and ask Accounting, Procurement and HR Master data processes Main tasks and goals: Analyze P&L costs and ask for adjustments if it’s the case: by type of costs; by areas; compare actuals with budget and Business Review Complete vision about organizational structure in Natixis Portugal and within other geographies consolidated one Invoicing and follow-up near customers Support Budget and Business reviews processes (planning, tasks, managers inputs, deadline outputs,…) Provide (organize, obtain, ask for) details about a particular topic about P&L, invoicing or Headcount request Headcount, FTE and Mandays follow-up between forecasting scenarios and actuals one Audit and quality control under P&L figures impact: HR master data, Accounting and Procurement Process and industrialization mindset Prepare reporting details, using also the ones available SAP consultation skills and utilization for invoicing purpose Process orientation and documentation Ad hoc analysis and presentations preparation. Qualifications Degree ideally in Economics, Management or Finance; +3 years of P&L structure, type of costs and cost centers knowledge Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of SAP 4H is preferred Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. French is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. We will only consider English Cv's.
