Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills These skills will be used to: Assist with process improvements and financial insights to influence business teams to drive sales, expand margin, and improve asset utilization. Supports Company business leaders and the F&A team with ad hoc analyses and special projects, including financial insights that support strategic objectives, priorities, and initiatives. Provides transparent reporting, performs financial analysis to track variances against financial plans and prior year results, and addresses root causes, as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. Must have strong problem solving skills, the ability to simply define/ summarize detailed analysis of data, and eagerness to improve current processes. Must be detail oriented and be able to multitask. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
