The FP&A Analyst works closely with the FP&A Manager to provide analysis and execute changes as needed to maximize profitability and productivity. Reports directly to the FP&A Manager. · Supports the FP&A Manager with in-depth analysis related to costs, labor, margins, operational expenses, and sales performance on a daily basis · Works with FP&A Manager to create reports tailored to the needs of the FP&A Department and Store Management · Supports with inventory entry and overall inventory management · Supports occasionally with FP&A-related activities in the store, which include inventory counts and invoice processing · Collaborates with senior leaders to develop resourceful and creative approaches to improving efficiencies and profit margins to improve Return on Investment (ROI) in all areas of operations · Educates and trains team members on processes and procedures, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance · Supports FP&A Manager in training team members on Eataly’s in-house sales database, Excel, and PowerPoint · Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Mathematics · Demonstrated success in financial modeling · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Data-driven mindset · Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred · Familiarity with databases, automation or business intelligence preferred · Passion for and interest in Italian food is a plus The annual compensation for this role is: $85,000 - $100,000 Additional Information Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K with match or RRSP Bonus program Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Classes on products and Italian cuisine Referral bonus program and more!
