The role Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive management reporting, including forecasts, actuals, cash-flow, BFC/Anaplan reports, and BPM deck preparation. Perform in-depth financial analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash, and other business metrics, generating insights to drive efficiency and support decision-making. Prepare and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and other financial planning processes, ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures. Serve as a forward-thinking finance collaborator for business divisions and senior leaders, assisting with daily financial management, operational metrics, and long-term vision. Conduct ad hoc analyses and reconciliation tasks to enable high-quality business decisions and resolve complex financial issues. Ensure compliance with finance policies, controls, and procedures across teams and markets, demonstrating strong ownership of tasks. Collaborate closely with In-market, Regional Finance, FP&A, and cross-functional teams to provide accurate, insightful reporting and forecasting. The position does not include people management responsibilities, making it ideal for experts who want to focus on impact and execution. About you Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Financial Controlling Expertise: Proven background in accounting with strong technical and analytical skills. Industry Exposure: Prior experience within a global FMCG organization or a fast-paced shared services environment is a strong advantage. Systems Knowledge: Proficient in BW, SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, and BFC. Proven track record to approach system-related challenges with a broad perspective. Skilled in data extraction and analysis to drive insight-based decision making. Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
