SUMMARY:

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a performance-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the development, continuous improvement, and execution of the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The FP&A Manager ensures compliance with accounting standards while shaping the financial strategy and health of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Master’s degree, CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or public accounting to include supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in consolidated financial reporting and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, tax principles, and SOX compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Adaptive Insights).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct and indirect reports.
  • High ethical standards, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to travel to various office locations, both domestic and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles across departments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements; implement new accounting standards as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial literacy and ensure consistent application of FP&A processes.
  • Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive enhancements in financial systems, reporting tools, and process automation.
  • Support M&A activities through valuation modeling and due diligence.
