We are seeking a reliable and organized Financial Planning Office Administrator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is kind, organised, adaptable, and has the ability to work within an ever changing wealth management landscape. As our office is growing, the position could evolve into a full-time opportunity based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and preferences.
THIS POSITION COULD SUPPORT A CANDIDATE WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SKILLS AND GOALS. FOR EXAMPLE:
- Currently working in the financial services industry, and looking for less pressure, no sales goals, or a more flexible schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.).
- A professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial planning or related field would be an asset.
