We are seeking a reliable and organized Financial Planning Office Administrator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is kind, organised, adaptable, and has the ability to work within an ever changing wealth management landscape. As our office is growing, the position could evolve into a full-time opportunity based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and preferences.

THIS POSITION COULD SUPPORT A CANDIDATE WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SKILLS AND GOALS. FOR EXAMPLE:

  • Currently working in the financial services industry, and looking for less pressure, no sales goals, or a more flexible schedule.
  • Just starting out in the financial services industry and looking to learn, with potential for advancement.
  • Administrator or executive assistant in a different industry.
  • Someone in a full time role looking to spend less time working and more time with family.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial planning or related field would be an asset.
