We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Financial Planning - Platform and Insights Business: GPW & WPS Principal responsibilities In their capacity the incumbent needs to collaborate with the team and look for opportunities in business to be supported out of offshore unit, review it, prepare the business plan/case, present to senior management and stakeholders, adopt appropriate changes after presentation and move ahead with implementation. The role holder may have to interact with regional teams as well to understand the key areas of business, the PnL drivers, the risks involved and work closely to build solutions/ models/ reports that can help in making informed business decisions. The incumbent needs to review, monitor and implement governance processes once the project phase is over for all new functions, work and Data Control for the entire gamut of Migrations Management initiatives Support Senior Management by leading or taking ownership of execution of accountable activities. This may include, wholly or in part managing or performing administration services across the disciplines of communications, financial management, governance, organization design and resource management, and implementing transformational initiatives Work with management/senior management across Customer Groups and key stakeholders (Compliance, Audit, Finance) to achieve buy-in for the recommended solution and its implementation approach, to evaluate the impact of change, and to ensure monetization of benefits. External - Qualification In depth understanding of various functions of Asset Management and build strategy for the team to take up larger responsibility and expand the scope of the current engagements globally. Masters and Bachlore's is required. Necessary attribute expected would be to have an in-depth functional knowledge of at least 5 years of experience in managing investment products with focus on brokerage business. Adherence to the global policies and standards within all projects, processes and outputs. Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously, effectively prioritizing personal and team workload and actively seek guidance for wider priority decisions The role holder will also be expected to achieve results through influence and persuasion as well as exercise direct authority.
