QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in a client services/ customer service/ support role preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (in fields such as in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics) preferred
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essential (SIE) or similar is a plus

SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information to solve problems; willing to look for efficiencies that can be made to improve the customer experience and internal processes
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively interact with team members
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, etc). Experience with MAC iOS preferred
Responsibilities
  • Assist Financial Advisors by answering a variety of in-depth questions on RightCapital’s financial planning software.
  • Manage a large workload of inbound chats and phone calls to aid Financial Advisors in their understanding of the platform.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and submit tickets to our aggregation provider and follow through to resolution.
  • Expand your financial planning and product knowledge through ongoing coaching sessions with our Training Team.
  • Work closely with our Product Support Leads to further develop your research, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stay up to date with frequent product enhancements and new features by participating in training sessions, reading help center materials, and testing functionality.
