Reporting to the Finance Director - ANZA, this role leads end‑to‑end financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and supply chain finance partnering across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to shape how the ANZA region plans, performs, and delivers - working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic and operational decisions, and developing a high‑impact finance team. The role offers meaningful scope, visibility, and the chance to leave a lasting imprint on regional finance capability and performance. In this role, you will: Financial Planning and Forecasting Lead the ANZA Annual Budget, IR Guidance Reviews, MYP and quarterly forecasting processes Ensure alignment, consistency, and quality of planning across AU, NZ and RSA Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, assumptions, and planning discipline Coordinate regional submissions for corporate and regional reporting requirements Reporting and Performance Management Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting across ANZA Provide clear insights on key financial drivers including volume, cost and operational performance Maintain and enhance forecasting and reporting tools (Anaplan, Power BI, Excel) Ensure consistency and transparency of reporting across markets Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering Act as the primary Finance Partner to Supply Chain across ANZA Support cost management initiatives including COGS, Logistics and inventory optimization Partner on Cost Savings and productivity/simplification programs Provide financial input into operational decisions to improve efficiency and margin Financial Control and Coordination Work closely with ANZA Controllers and in-market teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financials Oversee alignment between planning, actuals and reporting outputs Support preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews Team Leadership and Capability Building Lead and develop a team consisting of 2 director reports and 1 indirect report Strengthen planning, reporting and supply chain finance capabilities within the team Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects Support strategic and operational initiatives across ANZA Deliver deep-dive analysis to support key business decisions People Management & Span of Control: 2 direct reports 1 indirect report What we look for: Highly structured and disciplined — thrives in complex planning environments Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to balance hands-on detail with strategic leadership Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage peak workload cycles Senior FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience at regional or complex market level Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain–intensive environments highly valued This role is required to work across time zones (ANZ, UK, RSA) Workplace type: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
