Position Summary The Financial Program Coordinator supports the financial and operational management of federal government contracts by coordinating invoicing, funding tracking, financial reporting, and program administration activities. This position serves as a central point of coordination between Finance, Operations, Program Management, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure contract activities are accurately tracked from award through closeout. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  • Maintain contract funding trackers, including obligations, expenditures, burn rates, and remaining balances.  • Monitor contract, task order, and CLIN funding status and provide regular updates to leadership.  • Coordinate preparation, review, submission, and tracking of customer invoices.  • Maintain accounts receivable status reports and follow up on outstanding payments.  • Compile financial and operational data from multiple teams to support reporting requirements.  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial status reports and dashboards.  • Track contract modifications, periods of performance, deliverables, and reporting deadlines.  • Maintain action-item logs and support program review meetings.  • Organize contract documentation and maintain electronic contract files.  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and contract closeout activities. Minimum Qualifications:  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.  • One to three years of experience in project coordination, finance, accounting, administration, or government contracting.  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance
