Robert Half is recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant for a public works client. The consultant will lead and execute a wide range of complex analytical tasks tied to the development, administration, and evaluation of human resources programs and initiatives. In addition, the consultant will lead a compensation study company wide. This role will be located onsite in Chino, CA.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Provide recommendations based on comprehensive research and analysis of best practices and organizational needs
• Complete a cost analyst for current compensation and class specifications for all departments
• Ad-hoc reporting on labor statics and board support
• Research and develop key HR metrics; gather and analyze data trends using HRIS, surveys, exit interviews, labor statistics, and market practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and excel

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Attention to detail
• Able to communicate at various levels within the organization
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written (able to write comprehensive audit reports)
• Proven experience in HRIS analysis and database management.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and development processes.
• Expertise in cost analysis and compensation evaluation.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write detailed audit reports.
• Experience with work classification and compensation ( required)
