You have:

  • Knowledge of or experience with the asset management sector is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position, you play a central role in delivering accurate and insightful financial and regulatory reports for pension funds and asset managers. You lead a team of 1 to 4 professionals, overseeing their work, providing guidance, and conducting development and evaluation meetings to support their growth. You ensure that your team’s deliverables meet the highest quality standards and meet with applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to managing your team, you take ownership of client interactions by preparing and discussing reports, conducting client evaluations, and translating feedback into improvements. You encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge with your team and colleagues. To support this, you organise and facilitate in-house training sessions, and meetings, ensuring your team stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Your ability to balance leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise makes you an essential part of our Financial & Regulatory Reporting service line.

In the role of Financial & Regulatory Reporting Professional, you primarily work within the service line Financial & Regulatory Reporting. At Reporting, we support asset managers, fund administrators and pension funds with the preparation of financial reports and assist them with complex reporting issues. This ranges from various types of regulatory reports to regulators to highly complex annual reports prepared on the basis of different reporting standards in various countries. Below a brief description of our other service lines:

  • Internal Audit & ISAE Assurance: we assess the internal control environment of financial institutions. Providing assurance, for example, through an ISAE3402 report, is an important piece of added value that we also provide to our clients. By actively supporting the Internal Audit function through thematic audits or performing the internal audit function ourselves, we make an important contribution to the overall internal control environment of our clients.
  • Consulting: we advise and support clients in being demonstrably compliant with laws and regulations and to stay in control. This includes implementing new laws and regulations, designing and implementing internal control frameworks, managing various projects for various clients and conducting and preparing gap analyses on regulatory demands
