Description
Perform complex policy analyses and interpretation of the U.S. Basel regulatory capital rules, including new rule issuances. Includes guidance related to implementation and ongoing accuracy and governance of regulatory capital calculations. Execute effective internal controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. 6-10+ years of experience with U.S. Basel regulatory capital regulations. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and make accessible to management. Strong understanding of financial products, U.S. banking statutes, and U.S. banking agency regulations and supervisory oversight. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate through a large organization to promote and build consensus around interpretations and viewpoints. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team. Bachelor's/University degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's degree preferred.
