Job Description TUJUAN JABATAN (JOB PURPOSE) - To assit Finance Head to develop and align divisions policy with group policies. - To responsible on to develop Accounting system and Procedure according with PSAK and PAPI - To ensure payment are paid according to policy/procedure, accurate and timely manner - To coordinate and monitoring timely comprehensive report to Central bank, tax office, management and Singapore office - To coordinate and monitoring accounting functions applied according to policy and procedure - To plan, to organize and to monitor all department task TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES) - Financial Reporting - To provide comprehensive, accurate and timely financial information to Business unit, Management and HO - To provide comprehensive financial reports analysis - Financial Accounting: - To ensure proper accounting records are being applied as well as the integrity of financial data are in place. - To ensure that the day to day process of interbranch and interdivision financial practices are in place. - To ensure all accounting functions are properly applied following Indonesian Accounting standards, Central bank regulations, Indonesian Standard Banking practices as well as Groups policy. - Tax & Central Bank Reporting - To provide comprehensive and accurate financial information to Central Bank on a timely manner - To coordinate all branchess Central Bank report, review and monitor and propose for a revision whenever necessary. - To consolidate the whole banks central bank reporting, review and monitor elimination and interbranch transactions based on Central bank regulations. - To coordinate all taxation matters, to monitor and to assist all related divisions on taxation issue. - To ensure the banks taxation calculation are properly done - Accounting Policy - To develop and to monitor the implementation of accounting procedure, finance policy in the Bank - To develop accounting policy according to PSAK, PAPI and group policies as well as to ensure the existing accounting policy are up to date. - To ensure all accounting functions are properly applied following Indonesian Accounting standards, Central bank regulations, Indonesian Standard Banking practices as well as Groups policy. - To align finance policy with group policy on an ongoing basis - Payment : - To ensure payment are paid according to policy/procedure, accurate and within SLA - To ensure payment entry are booked to appropriate account and tax are withhold accordingly - To ensure tax related to payment are paid and report on a timely manner - To improve internal workflows process ongoing basis - To follow up internal, external audit findings & to minimize the finding - To decides on appropriate staffing - To motivate staffs to achieve / improvement in career - To assist on any other duties that management may assign from time to time placement) together with PB Sales Head Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : Reporting & Accounting & Capital Management Financial Reporting : - To ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely financial information reports provided to Business unit, Management and HO - To ensure comprehensive financial reports analysis being provided Accounting Policy: - To review and ensure the implementation of accounting procedure, finance policy in the Bank - To review and ensure accounting policy according to PSAK, PAPI and group policies as well as to ensure the existing accounting policy are up to date. - To ensure all accounting functions are follows/properly applied Indonesian Accounting standards, Central bank regulations, Indonesian Standard Banking practices as well as Groups policy. - To ensure finance policy align with group policy on an ongoing basis Central Bank Reporting : - To ensure comprehensive and accurate financial information to Central Bank on a timely manner - To monitor automation development or enhancement on regulatory reporting system - To coordinate all branchess Central Bank report, review and monitor and propose for a revision whenever necessary. - To review, monitor the reports submission. - To coordinate and plan on new system and development requirement to 1. Reporting & Accounting & Capital Management Financial Reporting: - To ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely financial information reports provided to Business Unit, Management and HO. - To ensure comprehensive financial reports analysis being provided, especially related to Bank’s capital management. - To liaise with external auditor and ensure the audited financial statements is complete as per agreed timeline. 2. Accounting Policy: - To review and ensure the implementation of accounting procedure, finance policy in the Bank. - To review and ensure accounting policy according to PSAK, BPAK, IFRS and group policies as well as to ensure the existing accounting policy are up to date. - To ensure all accounting functions are follows/properly applied Indonesian Accounting standards, OJK, and Central bank regulations, as well as Groups accounting policy. - To ensure finance policy align with group policy on an ongoing basis. 3. Central Bank (BI) Reporting and other regulatory reporting (LPS, OBOX, XBRL, Apolo, etc): - To ensure comprehensive and accurate financial information to regulator on a timely manner. - To monitor automation development or enhancement on regulatory reporting system. - To coordinate all branches’ Central Bank report, review and monitor and propose for a revision whenever necessary. - To review, monitor the reports submission. - To coordinate and plan on new system and development requirement to improve the process. 4. Tax compliance and reporting: - To ensure the tax implementation in accordance with all taxes regulation. - To ensure comprehensive and accurate tax report submission on a timely manner. - To liaise with tax consultant and tax auditor to ensure the audit process is complete as per agreed timeline with minimum tax pena lty/sanctions. 5. Others: - Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bank’s initiative covering accounting, tax, and regulatory reporting. - Support all financial related data for other BU and OJK. - Support Owner Association (OA) of UOB’s building. - Risk culture implementation. - BCM/BCP. Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : 1. Accounting Policies: • To ensure that the Bank comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IFRS, BPAK, PSAK) and align with Group Policies; • To support Business Unit in preparing and formulating guidance/workflow/accounting treatment for new accounting standards and new products/programs/activities including reviewing the product programs (new and periodic review); • To updates on any new PSAK’s implementation and its implication to the Bank; and • To ensure proper follow up on any audit findings relate with Accounting policy and Financial reporting. • To advice on proper GL account use accordance with nature of transaction. • As PMO on the IFRS 9 implementation and monitoring. 2. Financial Reporting • To ensure all the reports are prepared in good quality with comprehensive analytical Relate to Audit Report and Annual Report. • To assist external auditor during audit process and ensure that the audit report will be released at timely basis; and • Ensure the requirement data/information related to Finance for Audit, Annual Report, etc can be submitted on timely manner. • Support bank initiative such as Corporate Action (Senior Debt & Sub Debt issuance), new products, M&A, etc. • Review Prospectus and material for Public Expose. 3. Relate to Financial report to group: • ensure that the requirement reports daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly are prepare in good quality (complete, accurate and with comprehensive analytical review). 4. Relate with Budget: • Assist on budget transfer 5.
