What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own and enhance the company’s financial control framework
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all financial processes
  • Strengthen month‑end close procedures and internal controls as the business scales
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Deliver clear, insightful analysis to senior leadership
  • Support statutory reporting and audit processes
  • Act as the finance lead for optimising our new NetSuite ERP and general ledger
  • Provide guidance on accounting treatment for new transactions, contracts, and business activities
  • Support the development of accounting policies and documentation


What You Bring:

  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong experience in financial control, reporting, or technical accounting
  • Experience in a high-growth technology firm, or a start-up/scale-up environment is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or another cloud‑based ERP (NetSuite experience highly valued)
  • A process‑improvement mindset with the ability to build structure in a fast‑moving environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally and communicating with senior stakeholders
