POSITION SUMMARY

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing the financial consolidation process, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and the preparation of external financial statements, including SEC filings such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks. This individual will collaborate across finance, operations, and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting, while helping to maintain robust internal controls and process improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA
• Master’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience with SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) is highly desirable.
• Experience in multi-entity and inter-company environments required.
• Experience in multi currency transactions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods using a computer
• Remote, with occasional visits to office/warehouse or USPS for document processing
