POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing the financial consolidation process, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and the preparation of external financial statements, including SEC filings such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks. This individual will collaborate across finance, operations, and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting, while helping to maintain robust internal controls and process improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA
• Master’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience with SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) is highly desirable.
• Experience in multi-entity and inter-company environments required.
• Experience in multi currency transactions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods using a computer
• Remote, with occasional visits to office/warehouse or USPS for document processing
