  • Experience in a Private Equity-backed company or lender reporting environment is highly preferred.

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with hands-on experience using financial reporting systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting principles, and financial consolidation processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy, completeness, and data integrity in all reporting.
  • Strong Communicator: Can translate financial data into clear, concise reports for senior management, PE sponsors, and lenders.

  • Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: Continuously seeks process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Team Player: Builds strong cross-functional relationships to drive business success.
