• Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidated financials, including reconciliations and tax provisions

• Manage tax rollover processes, rental property distributions, and promissory note set-ups
• Review legal structures and new entities for financial compliance
• Complete Canadian and U.S. government surveys and support internal reporting analysis
