POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Regulatory Reporting & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of various Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) Regulatory reports and financial statements. The CBI Regulatory reports include MMIFs, Monthly NAV return, Quarterly SPV returns and Quarterly Non-Irish Return. The Regulatory Reporting & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst will also assist the Financial Reporting team with various other functions of the Financial Reporting department.
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly CBI Regulatory Reports and Filings.
Serve as the main point of contact with CBI, as well as subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to queries and information requests from CBI within defined deadlines.
Update and maintain regulatory reporting procedure documents.
Compliance with service level agreements with the accounting teams / external stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation of Annual, Interim and Quarterly Financial Statements.
Assisting in the coordinating, planning and completion of audits / audit requirements.
Completing Annual and Semi-Annual Filings.
Responding to queries and information requests from clients and/ or auditors within defined deadlines.
Maintaining a Central Library of All Audited Financial Statements.
Working with Financial Reporting Team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Train, coach and mentor employees on the team where appropriate.
Carry out all duties assigned to your role under the Company’s Safety Statement, to ensure Health, Safety and Well-being for all employees for whom you have responsibility.
