YOUR TASKS

As a key member of the finance team at SKIDATA, in collaboration with ASSA ABLOY, you will drive key financial activities that shape the company’s operations. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting global treasury integration, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing transfer pricing strategies, and maintaining the accuracy of financial reporting across the organization
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Specialist & Treasury All Rounder to take charge of managing global treasury functions, overseeing research premium applications, preparing essential regulatory reports, and ensuring seamless financial reporting processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Treasury Integration Support: Coordinate treasury activities globally, including the opening of new bank accounts and establishing netting processes for inter-company transactions. Ensure alignment with ASSA ABLOY standards and procedures, aiming for subsidiaries to operate independently by 2025.
  • Research Premium (Forschungsprämie) Application Management: Lead the completion and submission of research premium applications and other government grants, ensuring compliance with FFG guidelines and following through on successful submissions.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports for the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) and Statistik Austria to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Transfer Pricing Support: Assist in preparing the annual transfer pricing master file, manage the benchmarking study, and handle Limited Risk Distributor (LRD) calculations. Oversee the issuance of invoices or credit notes related to the transfer pricing structure.
  • Local Statutory Accounts and Tax Returns: Collaborate closely with local finance teams to produce accurate local statutory accounts and tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Financial Reporting and Consolidation: Support the monthly financial reporting and consolidation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with Group standards.
  • IFRS Lease Reporting: Maintain IFRS lease reporting records and prepare for the handover of reporting responsibilities to local entities by 2025, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with group reporting policies.
  • Project Support: Provide general project support with a focus on ensuring GAAP compliance for group-wide process implementations.
