Role We are looking for a Financial Representative, Travel and Operations to join our Travel team. This is a remote role reporting to the Assistant Manager, Travel and Operations. Our General and Administrative teams provide the foundation for growth, helping to support and scale our company while nurturing an amazing culture. You will put your passion, drive, and expertise to work with the world’s cloud security leader to maintain our global infrastructure and support financial operations. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Coordinate and manage company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation Ensure travel plans comply with company budget and policies while maintaining accurate records Review and process travel-related invoices/statements for Accounts Payable Prepare MIS reports to track spending against budget and validate travel charges Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
