Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Travel and Operations, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating and managing company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation Ensuring travel plans comply with company budget and policies while maintaining accurate records Reviewing and processing travel-related invoices/statements for Accounts Payable Preparing MIS reports to track spending against budget and validate travel charges Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Tourism) 1 to 2 years of relevant experience What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) IATA certification if possessed would be an added advantage Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts #LI-HG1 #LI-Hybrid At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
