Description Maine Savings is looking for a full time, Financial Service Analyst to join us at our Hampden location! The ideal candidate is organized, pays strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external member support and service. Processing new and renewal certificates ensuring accuracy of terms, disclosures, and documentation. Providing assistance with IRA/HSA related issues including but not limited to Required Minimum Distributions, document review and approvals and verification of forms to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements. Supporting dormant account management including ensuring proper handling and documentation in accordance with policy and escheatment requirements. Completing Deluxe check order verifications to prevent check ordering fraud and ensure member account security. Process and respond to Department of Health & Human Services Child Support Garnishments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of mandated actions. Other operational tasks as assigned but not limited; to processing various eTickets, working on special projects and backing up team members as needed. Requirements Education & Experience A high school education or GED. Prior experience in banking, credit union operations, or financial services strongly preferred. Experience with certificates, IRA/HSA accounts, or operational compliance is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, including email management, spreadsheet organization, and document preparation. Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and operational software used in daily tasks.
