Description Responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and receptionist duties for all departments of ICCU. Receives and screens visitors and some telephone calls. Provides administrative assistance to ICCU personnel and performs miscellaneous support functions as assigned. Responsibilities: Maintains electronic titles including acceptance of new titles, release liens, and research liens applied or removed in error. Monitors current secured loan portfolio for lien placement, follow-up if needed by mail or phone. Assists members with title correction documents. Processes payoffs and total loss claims. Verifies Quick Cash Loans, auto payment set up, and scans into the system. Verifies approved memberships to ensure complete documentation and proper setup in core. Sends package to BSA Officer and closes package. Responsible for completing all daily and monthly reporting. Greets, receives, and screens visitors. Assesses their needs and directs them appropriately. Schedules appointments when needed in person or over the phone. Answers routine questions or directs them to appropriate personnel. Opens, date stamps, and distributes incoming mail, publications, and other correspondence. Accepts and signs for mail and special deliveries, and ensures they are delivered to the correct recipient. Posts outgoing mail and maintains postage cash fund. Assists with regular and special mailings. Maintains the phone system and fax machine, resolves equipment problems, programs machines, sends faxes as requested, and assists others in E-Sign, phone, and fax machine use. Organizes, performs filing, and maintains general and administrative files and records. Produces a variety of letters, memorandums, and reports. Follows up with communications from Xtend. Provides support to the Executive team by coordinating Board meeting meal orders. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Requirements Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education: A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. Other Skills: Pleasant with others on the job and displays a good-natured, cooperative attitude. Answers calls, uses professional language, speaks clearly and distinctly, and relays information appropriately. Multiline telephone systems.
