Executing Transactions with Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction. What You’ll Bring to the Table: A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role. At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services. Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
