The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. Requirements In this full-time non-exempt role, you’ll be responsible for: Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing. At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
