Description We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Service Representative. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member service while handling a variety of financial transactions and account-related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to the Credit Union’s service standards and core values. Key Responsibilities: Provide informed, prompt, and accurate service to all members and associates by greeting and waiting on members in a courteous and professional manner. Open new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other Credit Union products and services in accordance with federal regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner. Perform daily tasks and responsibilities with minimal errors and in alignment with established branch and operational standards. Actively cross-sell and promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs to enhance member relationships. Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries effectively, ensuring timely communication and accurate follow-up. Ensure compliance with all applicable Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment and uphold a businesslike appearance. Requirements Prior experience in a financial institution or customer service role preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and computer applications.
