Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator who will support the day to day running of our busy office.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS:

  • The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
  • Ability to work professionally and follow practice etiquette
  • Adaptable to meet practice requirements
  • An ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately transpose information
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of SJP practices, product changes, compliance changes etc
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office 365 cloud-based IT packages
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to £21,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for clients/providers queries
  • To assist in the day to day running of the practice
  • To request and collate information from third party providers
  • To upload information onto computer systems ie: Salesforce, iBusiness and SharePoint, including meeting notes and confidential financial review data from client meetings
  • General administration in line with St James’s Place (SJP) systems and compliance regulations
  • Completing review letters after client meeting have taken place
  • Administration of client requests e.g. encashments, valuations, Trust documents and change of addresses
  • Liaising with the Practice Manager to ensure the completion of all tasks
