We are seeking a talented Financial Services Administrator, to join our Finance team based at our Corporate Office in Commercial Bay, Auckland. Reporting to the Company Accountant, the Financial Services Administrator will primarily perform the end to end accounts payable process. This includes the timely and accurate processing of invoices, supplier reconciliations, preparation of payment runs and maintaining supplier relationships. Additional finance activities such as accounts receivable and bank reconciliations will be performed as directed. About you You will have at least 2 years' solid accounts payable experience working in a medium to large scale corporate environment. You will have proficiency of relevant large enterprise accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (ERP). You will have a solid understanding of accounts functions and associated tasks, including experience with both manual and electronic purchase order systems. You will have an inquisitive yet methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to meet specific, sometimes coinciding deadlines. You possess a very high level of attention to detail.
