Description

Are you an experienced administrator from a professional environment – such as law, accountancy or consultancy – looking for a fresh challenge?
We’re looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident with admin processes, enjoys client interaction, and is now ready to build a rewarding career in financial planning.
You don’t need a background in financial services – we’ll teach you that. What we’re really looking for is someone with the right attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle a busy and varied workload in a calm, professional way.

WHO WE ARE

Kirrage Williams is a respected and growing financial planning firm based in Chesterfield. We provide clear, personal advice to individuals, families, and business owners – often supporting clients over many years and across generations.
We’ve created a professional, down-to-earth culture where people genuinely care about their work and each other. We host regular team-building outings, offer long-term incentives, and provide real opportunities to develop and progress within the business.

Responsibilities

You’ll support the smooth running of our advice process, working closely with advisers, paraplanners, and fellow administrators. Duties will include:

  • Preparing documentation for client meetings (application forms, valuations, review packs)
  • Processing new business and servicing existing policies
  • Maintaining accurate records in our client management system (Intelligent Office)
  • Liaising with clients and providers by phone and email
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
  • Learning financial services processes and terminology

It’s a great opportunity to build long-term skills in a professional services firm, with plenty of room to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
