Description

We’re looking for a personable, detail-driven Financial Services Administrator to join the growing team at Kirrage Williams. You’ll play a key role in supporting the advice process, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for our clients, advisers, and wider team.
If you’re someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team – we’d love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE

Kirrage Williams is a well-established and growing financial planning business based in Chesterfield. We specialise in providing clear, personalised financial advice for individuals and business owners, with a particular focus on long-term relationships and multigenerational planning.
We pride ourselves on being professional, but also real people. We operate with a strong sense of purpose, high standards, and a genuine team spirit. We host regular staff outings, have a long-term incentive scheme.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on role working alongside our advisers and paraplanners. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client administration across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Processing new business and client servicing requests accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing documents for client meetings (application forms, valuations, review packs)
  • Liaising with product providers and clients directly
  • Maintaining accurate client records in Intelligent Office (iO)
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational processes
  • Helping ensure our processes stay compliant and client-focused

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

  • Experienced in financial services – with at least 2 years in a similar role and a good understanding of products and FCA principles
  • Client-focused – personable and professional, with a natural ability to build trust and communicate clearly
  • Process-led and methodical – you enjoy structure, systems, and getting things done properly
  • Technically confident – competent using Microsoft Office and comfortable working on provider platforms; experience with Intelligent Office is highly desirable
  • A team player – supportive, collaborative, and always willing to share knowledge or step in to help
  • Self-motivated – someone who takes ownership of their work, spots what needs doing, and gets stuck in
  • Eager to grow – while qualifications aren’t essential, a willingness to learn and develop is a must
