Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Will process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person. . KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospects Candidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate; possess good oral communications skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener. Be able to initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts Requirements Skills/education/experience required: Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule. Must have a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures. This position will float to all banking centers as needed. Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

The associate will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and promptly while strictly adhering to established bank regulations, policies, and procedures. This role also involves assisting customers both over the phone and in person.
