Description Job Summary: As a Financial Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service. You’ll assist with routine banking transactions, promote financial products, and help customers achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Process routine financial transactions accurately, including: Deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within established tolerances Identify client needs and make appropriate referrals to other bank products and services Follow all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML and privacy requirements Provide friendly, professional service and assist in resolving basic client inquiries Maintain confidentiality of client information Support branch operations as needed, including lobby coverage and operational tasks Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior cash-handling or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn banking systems, products, and procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Preferred Skills: Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with financial products such as checking, savings, loans, and credit cards. Sales or referral experience in a customer-facing role.
