Description Hybrid role- Onsite 3 days per week Join a fast‑paced financial services team where you’ll process critical client documentation, support internal partners, and deliver high‑quality service in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy accuracy, problem‑solving, and working across multiple systems. What You’ll Do Process financial documents and transactions with accuracy and compliance. Handle email inquiries and occasional outbound calls. Support customer service needs and resolve basic client issues. Maintain organized records and follow required procedures. Review client correction requests and guide branch personnel. Complete forms, distributions, and internal transfers. Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve issues. Stay current on rules, regulations, and internal processes through ongoing training. What You Need 2+ years recent customer service w/in financial services OR a recent Finance‑related Bachelor’s degree with some professional experience. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Excellent data entry accuracy. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously (dual monitors). Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation. Proven reliability and strong attendance record (verified via references). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Petersburg, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
