  1. Licensing & Certification Process:To practice in the financial services sector, candidates complete a structured sponsorship and licensing process:Onboarding & Orientation: Introduction to Team Relentless platforms, mentorship matching, and study resource alignment.
  2. Pre-Licensing Coursework: Completion of required provincial course modules (such as the Life Licence Qualification Program / LLQP).
  3. Provincial Qualification Exams: Passing official licensing examinations required by regulatory bodies to provide financial advice and products.
  4. Licensing & Contracting: Finalizing provincial regulatory registration and sponsor contracting.
  5. Practical Field Mentorship: Co-working with senior leaders on real client strategies to transition seamlessly from learning to live practice.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesComplete required licensing and maintain compliance standards.
  • Participate in weekly team development sessions, business briefings, and training workshops.
  • Conduct financial education reviews to help clients understand risk management, debt strategies, and long-term wealth planning.
  • Connect with individuals and business networks to build client relationships and expand team reach.
  • Partner with senior team members on strategic client plans.
