Financial Services Consultant – Porsche Beaverton   Employment: Full Time Department: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Location: Porsche Beaverton – Beaverton, OR (Portland Metro Area)   Porsche Beaverton is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Services Consultant. In this critical role, you will represent the Porsche brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences through our Finance & Insurance department. You will help clients secure financing and protect their new vehicle purchases with a suite of F&I products, all while providing outstanding customer service that befits a luxury automotive environment. This position is ideal for a high-performance professional with strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers in a fast-paced, luxury dealership setting.   Responsibilities: * Deal Processing: Meet with customers after they have selected a vehicle to discuss financing and leasing options. Review credit applications, assess customer creditworthiness, and secure pre-approvals from a range of lending partners.  * Product Presentation & Sales: Conduct a friendly, professional interview when the sales team turns the customer over (TO) to F&I, reintroducing yourself and building rapport. Address any questions or objections with expertise and confidence, and effectively close sales on F&I products by highlighting their value and benefits.  * Deal Structuring & Profitability: Structure finance deals to meet the customer’s goals (payment, term, etc.) while maximizing dealership profit within ethical and legal boundaries.  * Customer Service & Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client. Collaborate closely with the sales team (your internal customers) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to F&I and a mutually beneficial working relationship. * Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all financing processes and product sales comply with federal and state laws and regulations. Stay informed about any updates or changes to regulations and adapt F&I procedures as needed to maintain 100% compliance and protect the dealership and its customers. * Training & Collaboration: Serve as a resource and mentor for sales staff regarding F&I products and processes.    Requirements: * Experience: 2+ years of automotive dealership experience in a finance manager, F&I consultant, or F&I Director role. (Experience with luxury or premium brands is a strong plus.) Proven success in achieving sales goals or F&I product penetration is preferred. * Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive financing and leasing processes, lending practices, and F&I products.  Able to explain complex financial terms in simple, customer-friendly language. * Sales & Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Team Player: Positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership staff. Treats colleagues as partners and internal customers, contributing to a supportive team environment. * Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.   Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive Pay: High earning potential.
