Your Mission Our Financial Services Consulting team supports banks, investment firms, management companies, and other financial institutions in addressing their regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges. From prudential supervision to risk management and governance, our mission is to help our clients navigate the complexity of the financial landscape while ensuring compliance and sustainable growth. As a Financial Services Consulting Trainee, you will join a dynamic and multicultural team working closely with experienced consultants in regulatory advisory, risk, and finance to deliver high-quality insights and solutions. Be a part of our team where you will: Support senior consultants in advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to the financial sector. Contribute to research and analysis on regulatory frameworks such as CRR/CRD, MiFID II, ESG, DORA, or Basel standards. Participate in client projects, including the review and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders. Perform benchmarking, data analysis, and documentation reviews to assess the impact of evolving regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Audit, Risk, Legal, and IT) to deliver integrated and practical solutions. Stay informed on new trends and regulatory developments impacting the financial industry. Let’s talk about you You are in last year of your Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Law. You have a strong interest in financial regulation, risk management, and the banking or investment fund industry. You have good analytical and organizational skills with a proactive and curious mindset. You are able to work accurately and efficiently, even on multiple tasks. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are fully proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
