A respected national law firm is seeking an Associate (2–4 years’ experience) to join its Financial Services Group . The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in M&A, securities, and general business transactions .

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–4 years of corporate/transactional experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia or Texas bar
• Experience representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, and public company disclosures
• Ability to advise clients on compliance and general business matters
• Background with banking and financial services clients is desirable, but not required
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
