Bhaarat Sky Financial Services is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their financial service requirements, explaining available products and services, and providing professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about financial products and services.
• Explain product features, documentation requirements, terms, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist customers throughout the application and service process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and requests.
• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
